2 Beds For Sale in Alcaudete

This town house is right by the ancient Santa Clara church in a nice part of Alcaudete, in the Jaén province of Andalucia, Spain. Enter the front door into a reception hall, there are two doors here, one that leads down to what could be a separate apartment with a bedroom, kitchen-utility area, shower room and access to the patio. The other door leads into the lounge which has the stairs going up on the right and access into the kitchen then a shower room. Upstairs there is one room with access onto a lovely sized roof terrace with views and on into another bedroom. A great property to finish off to your liking, with lots of outside living space.
