Continue over Athlunkard Bridge and pass Shannon Banks and Westbury Estates and take your next turn right onto the Gillogue Road (L3062) also known as the Burlington Road. Travel along this road for 800 metres and turn right. Travel along this road for 140 metres and the lands are on the right and left hand side.

Agricultural lands of approx. 19.72 acres currently in grass. The lands are at either side of the public road and bound Westbury Estate to the west.
