Sherry FitzGerald Crowley offer the opportunity to acquire the island of Roeillaun which is located to the north of Clew Bay off the coast between Newport and Mulranny. The island has a total area of 9.26 ha/22.89 acres of which approximately 18 acres would be of fair agricultural quality. There are no structures on the island.

The island is easily accessed via boat from Mulranny, Newport or Westport, the closest piers being Mulranny or Roigh pier. The land is contained in folio MY2502F and is suitable for animal grazing it has been used for sheep and cattle grazing in the past.

Roeillaun is one of the 365 Islands of Clew Bay. The island provides the most exceptional views from every aspect. To the west is the dramatic silhouette of Clare Island, to the north are Inishgort Lighthouse and the Nephin Mountains and to the east the Drumlin Islands. Croagh patrick is also clearly visible from the island.
