5 Beds For Sale in Las Casillas

Near the town of Las Casillas and its reservoir we find this beautiful Cortijo on a quiet lane with good access just off the Las Casillas to Alcaudete road, in the Jaen province of Andalucia, Spain. The four bedroom, one bathroom main house has been fully renovated and the one bedroom, one bathroom (not visible in the video) annexe just needs some finishing off. They are totally independent but could share the main terrace, or not. The views are stunning and there is space for a plunge pool. The annexe has a triangle of land to make a small, independent patio off the large downstairs kitchen, diner, lounge area. A lovely property in an ideal location for a holiday home or permanent living in the peace of the countryside. It comes furnished as seen. Electricity and mains water are connected.
